HOUSE RULES
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RESERVATION
Read and respect the house rules and the owner's instructions. Any violations may lead to adjustments to the security deposit. Report any incidents, complaints, or issues immediately. The reservation implies tacit acknowledgment of the condition and inventory of the property. The property is considered in good condition if no anomalies are reported within 24 hours. The client is responsible for cleanliness; charges may be deducted from the security deposit in case of damage. The reservation is for a specified number of people; written consent from the owner is required for additional guests. Parties and events are prohibited. All interior surfaces are non-smoking. Pets: Supplement applicable, maximum two pets per accommodation.
2. DURATION OF STAY, ARRIVAL, AND DEPARTURE
The rental is for a fixed period. Arrival from 5 p.m., departure before 10 a.m. Contact us to schedule check-in and check-out. The stay cannot exceed the reserved period.
3. ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCESS
WARNING: Car essential. 450 m road, narrow, winding, steep climbs, impossible to cross in places. Limited lighting, no public transport. Dwellings not suitable for people with reduced mobility, accessible by outside stairs: 38 steps (Studio Cactus), 54 (Amandier), 68 (Olivier). See photos.
4. BEHAVIOR AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
Avoid noise and maintain respectful behavior. Using the address to receive mail is prohibited. Basic items are provided; their replenishment is at your expense. Dispose of waste in the designated bins and do not leave anything in the common areas. Turn off lights, conserve water, and do not leave windows open while the air conditioning is running.
5. PARKING
Free, uncovered parking with a gate. Maximum vehicle length: 5 meters. Spots 1 and 5 are private. One car per unit for spots 2, 3, and 4.
6. FINAL CLEANING
Cleaning fees are included. Before leaving the apartment, please wash and store used dishes, clean the appliances you used, and dispose of trash in the bins located 100 meters down the road, outside the property.
7. SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Before leaving, ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to secure the property. Report any damage or theft immediately. Repair or replacement costs for damages may be deducted from the security deposit. The owner is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
8. EMERGENCY NUMBERS

9. WIFI
Free access, quality and availability not guaranteed.
10. STAY INTERRUPTION
No refund for interruptions or early termination of the stay (late arrival or early departure).
11. RESPECT FOR REGULATIONS
Compliance with the rules is mandatory. In case of non-compliance, the owner reserves the right to terminate the stay and evict the occupants.
